详细介绍
The MINIVIS II is an automatic, temperature controlled micro falling-ball viscometer for all kinds of Newtonian liquids.
The use of reflection sensors makes it possible to cover a wide range of applications: even samples as dark as used oil, heavy-oil, black ink and blood can be measured with highest accuracy and repeatability.
The small sample volume and the easy handling eliminate the usual cleaning problems of other viscometers.
For on-line applications, a valving system using a syringe with a flow-through insert is available. The built-in Peltier elements make the use of an external cooler unnecessary.

REDUCE COSTS AND AVOID WASTE
The viscosity of liquids is an important quality control value for various liquids and is often required in safety sheets.
With MINIVIS II testing costs are reduced significantly by saving labor time and waste is avoided due to the small sample volume.
The fast and fully automatic measurement, the thermoelectric temperature regulation, eliminating the use of a thermostatic bath, and its compact size make this instrument superior to others.
EASIEST OPERATION
Just fill the syringe with the sample and add the gold plated ball from the top. Insert the syringe and press RUN. The falling ball can be viewed through the illuminated window. Only 3 minutes later the viscosity at the programmed temperature is displayed and can be printed on a connected printer (RS 232 interface).
APPLICATIONS AND ON-LINE MODE
Applications include the determination of the viscosity of clear, opaque, dark and scattering liquids, like solvents, lubricating oil, flavors, fragrances, blood, plasma, pharmaceutical fluids or beverages at present temperatures.
For high throughput, like in used oil analysis, the combination with a multiple sampler is time saving and convenient.
For in-line applications the syringe with a flow-through insert is installed and the sample stream is interrupted during the measurement.
